Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Orders and accounts: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, order details, and your account login if you create a My Account.
- Contact form: name, email, and anything you write in your message.
- Wholesale inquiry form: business name, contact name, phone, email, location, approximate number of cases, flavors of interest, and how you heard about us.
- Machine sales: contact details and the details you share with us to arrange your purchase.
- Party machine rentals (Westchester County only): rentals are not booked or paid on our website. You reach us by call, text, or email, and we receive your name, contact details, and event date and location as needed to arrange the rental.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring site.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
- Security logs, such as IP addresses and login attempts, kept by our security tools to protect the site.
How we use your information
- To process, ship, and support your orders and rentals.
- To manage your customer account.

Payment processing
Card payments are processed by Stripe, including Stripe Link where offered. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
Party machine rental payments are handled outside our website, through a QuickBooks payment link or Venmo. Those services process your payment under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to make the site work (for example, keeping items in your cart and keeping you signed in), to remember your preferences, and to measure site traffic.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising trackers such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel or Google Ads. Google may collect information such as your IP address and browsing activity on our site. Learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.

- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. (Some site features, like the cart, may not work without cookies.)

Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their jobs:
- Payment: Stripe for website orders; QuickBooks or Venmo for rental payments made outside the site.
- Shipping: carriers that deliver your order receive your name, shipping address, and, when needed, your phone number.
- Hosting and site tools: our web host (SiteGround), including its security and captcha protection, and the WordPress, WooCommerce, and Jetpack services that run our store, forms, and site features.
- Analytics: Google Analytics.
- Security: Wordfence, Loginizer, and SiteGround's security tools, which may log IP addresses and login activity to protect the site.
- Email and forms: services that deliver our emails and the messages you send through our forms.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of selling or transferring our business.
Marketing emails
We will send you marketing emails only if you have opted in. We do not currently send a newsletter or use an email marketing service. If we start in the future, we may use a third-party email provider, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us to be removed.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to fill orders, provide our services, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. These include secure (HTTPS) connections, a payment processor that handles card data, and security tools that watch for suspicious activity. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
